Dental Office Manager | Strategic Leadership Role at Large Dental Office | HRM
Our dental office is a busy, well-established, owner-operated multi-provider family dental practice delivering comprehensive care to a town in Halifax Regional Municipality. We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager who can bring strong leadership and operational expertise to help elevate our practice.
This is a genuine leadership position with real scope and autonomy. You’ll oversee daily operations and workflows, lead HR and talent development, manage financial and billing processes, improve patient experience and marketing efforts, ensure compliance, and implement systems that drive efficiency and team satisfaction. Your contributions will directly support a stronger workplace culture, better patient outcomes, and sustainable growth.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
• Proven dental office or practice management experience, ideally in a busy or multi-doctor environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills with a track record of building engaged teams
• Solid financial oversight, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement
• Comfort using technology and data to streamline operations and support better results
